SHIPPING & DELIVERY

EAYNI JEWELLERY offers free FedEx shipping to all of its customers within the UAE, on all the products purchased through our website, email or social media (i.e Instagram or WhatsApp).

SHIPPING PROCESSING & TIME
Each product is either in-stock or made-to-order. Due to wide variety in sizes and metal color, most items are made to order. The status of the product and an estimated shipping date of each item is mentioned on the product page.

IN-STOCK: The items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days.
MADE-TO-ORDER: The items which are made-to-order will take up to 10 business days to be made from the date you place an order. Once it is ready to ship, it will take 1-2 business days to reach you.You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Please note we do not ship on weekends and UAE public holidays.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to follow your order.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
A signature is required at the delivery address for all orders. If you are not available for signature, you will receive a call or an email to reschedule the delivery by Fedex courier representative. WE are not responsible for multiple failed delivery attempts and in this case the parcel will be returned back to us by the courier service, therefore, we will be required to charge you the additional shipment return cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
Currently we do not ship internationally. We anticipate in adding international shipping in near future. Please stay tuned and check back.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

* For fine jewellery’s safe delivery, we only ship to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

* Shipping address cannot be changed once payment is processed.

* We are not responsible for the shipment delay due to incorrect address information, or any unforeseen weather conditions or carrier delays.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

EAYNI JEWELLERY offers a 15-day return policy with complimentary shipping via FedEx. We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Eayni jewellery! If for any reasons you do not fall in love with your purchase, we will assist you with return and refund process which is seamless and easy.

OUR POLICY

We accept returns within 15-days from the delivery for the items purchased through our website, Email or social media (i.e Instagram or WhatsApp) only. The product is eligible for return only if it’s unworn, unused and in it’s original condition and packaging.

EXCLUSION

Returns are not accepted for our products with the exceptions of the following:

* Any items customised, engraved, resized or have been previously exchanged at your specific requests.

* If a product shows any sign of wear, or have been damaged or altered by third party jeweller.

* Any items purchased on discounted or SALE price cannot be refunded and are considered as final sale.

*Any cash on deliver orders cannot be refunded but will be provided store credit.

If the returns are without the lab grown diamond certificate (if provided), then the customer will be charged a replacement fee for the missing card.

EAYNI JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

REFUND PROCESS

For UAE, your returns are on us!

Please follow the below return instructions:

1. Send an email to hello@eaynijewellery.com to request your return label.

2. Put your jewellery back in a shipping box along with your invoice. Jewellery must be kept in the original packaging with all the original documents provided with the purchase.

3. Stick your return label on the box.

4. FedEx courier representative will collect your parcel requiring signature at the address provided in the return authorisation email.

5. We’ll receive your return within 1-2 business days and process the refund.

Please note that the refunds will be issued via the original payment method which you choose when purchasing your order. For credit card refunds, it may take few days for your credit to appear.Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds, but we will offer full store credit in the form of a gift voucher that is redeemable for up to a year from the date of delivery.

EXCHANGES

* Rings and bracelets are eligible for exchange for a different size of the same piece within 15 days of purchase. The products must have no signs of wear,damage, or altered by third party jeweller.

* Earrings which require piercing cannot be exchanged.

*Please note, exchange includes one complimentary resize up to one size up or down.

* Infinity bands cannot be resized and must be returned and repurchased in the correct size.

*All other items cannot be exchanged but can be returned for a refund. You can then place a new order for the piece you prefer!

REPAIRS AND WARRANTY

Our fine jewellery is made with high quality materials to last a lifetime. EAYNI jewellery offers lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. We will repair any breakage caused by manufacturing defect, at no charge. If you experience damage due to manufacturing defect, please contact us so that we can evaluate the jewellery piece. Repairs will be assessed on an individual bases. If we find the damage non repairable via the description and photos provided, we may not accept the item for further evaluation. However, damage that isn’t a manufacturing defect and can be repaired, then a repair fee will be quoted to the customer.

Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, damage due to improper care, cleaning or storage, scratching, stretched rings/chains, loss of center stone, product loss, or theft. Remember, repairs by third-party jewelers will void your warranty with us.
